Yakhsaran Company with the use of modern technical knowledge is producing refrigerators, freezers and fridge freezers. The company established from the beginning with understanding of the concept, that every organization is dependent on its customers, which has tried to present and future needs of its customers and analysis of processes required to achieve product acceptance and customer satisfaction as well as what they provide more.So to reach this expectation, the following qualitative
 objectives have been considered:

1- Promote awareness and encourage customers to provide complain's as an opportunity to the organization
2- Inform the plaintiffs and other interested parties about how to access the complaints process
3- Understand the needs and expectations of the plaintiffs and efforts to attract and increase their satisfaction
4- Provide progress reports to plaintiffs
5- Quick respond to complaints in the shortest time possible.
6- Identify the main causes of complaints and continual improvement processes to reduce them
This goals will be achieved with staff efforts. So each of the employees are responsible for providing "customer satisfaction" and all staff have to believe that the basis for improving the quality is actingdynamicly.
The company management also committed to meet requirements and continual improvement of the effectiveness of management systems to address customer complaints knows.
